Domestic Shipping:
Rates currently shown on the website are valid for domestic shipping within the US. For international orders please choose “Ground Shipping” and we will follow up with available rates.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier for all domestic shipments. Shipping rates vary based on the shipping destination.
First Class Mail (5-10 Business Days)
Priority Mail (3-6 Business Days)

Express Mail (1-3 Business Days)

International Shipping:
Plotnet Prints uses UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipments. Shipping rates vary based on location.
UPS Express (2-6 business days)
* Insurance and tracking fees are included in your shipping cost.
USPS First Class (10-21 business days)
* Shipment times vary by destination and not available in all countries. No tracking or Insurance available. Please ship at your own risk using this shipping option. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods. No exceptions.
Priority Mail International (7-12 business days)
* Insurance and tracking fees are included in your shipping cost.
Fees are determined and collected per specific country. Plotnet Prints is not responsible for duties and/or taxes on shipments.
Shipping Time:
Unless otherwise noted, orders will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, with the exception of weekends and national holidays. 95% of the time, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Priority Mail orders placed after 10am PST will ship the following business day. The cutoff for Express shipments is 12pm PST. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day. We are not responsible for USPS delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
P.O. and APO Delivery:
Plotnet Prints can deliver to P.O. boxes as well as APO addresses using USPS.
Returned & Lost Shipments:
All packages returned to Plotnet Prints by USPS / UPS, either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges again before Plotnet Prints re-ships the package.
Plotnet Prints is NOT responsible for package lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it- the customer will need to file a report with USPS / UPS directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.
Order Tracking:
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is placed. You can log in to the order status page on our web site and see the current status of your order. Packages can also be tracked via USPS's / UPS tracking service using your tracking number. Please note: Sometimes the package travels faster than the website is able to update. If you don’t see your package en route, please be patient.
